Community Organizations Overview

Please note that among the other items to be voted on by the members at this year's annual meeting, we will be asking the Federation membership to approve a resolution to amend and restate our Certificate of Incorporation (COI).  The proposed amendment and restatement will: (a) delete the current COI provision that fixes a minimum and maximum number of Directors; and (b) consolidate the original COI and previous amendments into a single document.  The Board of Directors has approved the proposed Restated Certificate of Incorporation and recommended its approval by membership.  A copy of the proposed Restated Certificate of Incorporation and the Board Resolution of approval is available below.
