Change is inevitable. For families with little ones, life is full of new adjustments: new siblings, starting a new day care or pre-school, moving to a new home, or maybe even something as simple as a new food for dinner. Change is designed to nudge us toward resilience and growth. Learn simple key coping skills to help your young families thrive in the midst of life transitions from Julia Sittig, Co-Owner of Beautiful Birth Choices LLC, MSW, Adv/CD/BDT(DONA), LCCE.
